These terms explain how OwlInsight may be used as a Google Analytics reporting interface. By accessing or using the product, you agree to these terms.
OwlInsight is a web-based reporting interface that helps you review Google Analytics data from properties your Google account can already access. The product is intended to make reporting easier to scan, organize, and revisit. OwlInsight provides analytics information for informational purposes only and does not guarantee reporting accuracy or service availability.
You are responsible for connecting only Google accounts and Google Analytics properties that you are authorized to use. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your account setup, property access, and any actions taken through your connected Google account.
You agree not to misuse OwlInsight, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the product in a way that violates Google platform rules, analytics terms, or applicable law. The service may be limited, suspended, or blocked if abusive or unauthorized use is detected.
OwlInsight depends on third-party services, including Google sign-in and Google Analytics APIs. If those services change, become unavailable, or restrict access, some parts of OwlInsight may stop working or behave differently without prior notice.
OwlInsight displays reporting data made available through your connected Google Analytics setup. You are responsible for reviewing data quality, implementation accuracy, filters, and reporting decisions. OwlInsight does not guarantee that underlying analytics data is complete, error-free, or suitable for a specific business decision.
OwlInsight is provided on an evolving basis. Features, layouts, APIs, integrations, and access controls may change, improve, or be removed over time. We may also interrupt access for maintenance, security, infrastructure work, or product updates.
OwlInsight, including its interface, branding, code, and product design, remains the property of OwlInsight except where third-party rights apply. Using the service does not transfer ownership of the software or brand assets to you.
OwlInsight is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OwlInsight disclaims warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and error-free operation. OwlInsight will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, reporting errors, third-party outages, or access restrictions.
These terms may be updated as OwlInsight evolves. Continued use of the product after updates means you accept the revised terms.
